Clackmannanshire Council is committed to tackling anti-social behaviour within its communities.

A specialist team of staff works in partnership with Central Scotland Police, Ochil View and Paragon Housing Associations, to address the issues of anti-social behaviour. This team includes the community wardens, estate management support officers, community police officers and the Clackmannanshire Anti-Social Behaviour, Liaison and Mediation Team (CALM).

In a further expansion of the service, an Advice Line has been set up - 0800 0566 210. The freephone line is staffed by trained contact centre staff to provide advice and support to residents who are disturbed by the behaviour of their neighbours or other people in their community.

Web: Out of hours noise team

Stirling and Clackmannanshire Councils have jointly set up an "Out of Hours Noise Team", which operates from 8.00 pm - 3.00 am Thursday - Saturday evenings. Where people refuse to comply with requests to keep the noise down, Fixed Penalty notices of £100 can be issued. Further non-compliance can lead to confiscation of equipment and fines of up to £1000.
