If it is nuisance type behaviour then a call to the Police on 0845 458 0000 will alert the local police officers to the problem. The police hold regular meetings in your community, use the same number to find out where and when. Where there is graffiti, litter or fly-tipping, a call to the Council on 0151 907 8300 will get things done.
