Out of Office Hours Emergency Noise (and other) Service:
The Council provides a limited out of hours (17.00 - 00.00 Mon - Thurs, (16.30 - 00.00 Friday) (08.00 - 00.00 Saturday and Sunday) emergency service for the following issues only:

Audible Intruder and Vehicle Alarms

Major noise-generating events (e.g. illegal raves) with Police support only

Drainage issues (blocked sewers)

Communicable Disease Control

Fatal Accidents

Food Poisoning Outbreaks

Major Food Emergencies

If you have a complaint that falls into these categories only, telephone the Council out of hours number on (01622) 602000
