Environmental Services/Environmental Health:

Noise: This service covers the whole of the Perth & Kinross Council area and works in partnership with Tayside Police. The Anti-Social Noise Team operates between 8.45 am and 2.00 am Monday to Friday and between 4.00 pm and 2.00 am on Saturdays and Sundays. Outwith these hours, Tayside Police will be available to take your call on 0845 600 5705.

Any noise calls made to the Police or other Council numbers will be passed to the Anti-Social Noise Team for action. Further information is available in our Anti-Social Noise Team Leaflet.

Anyone living in Perth and Kinross can contact the service to make a complaint or to seek advice where one of our operators will be happy to assist you. You can contact us day or night on:
01738 476 476 between 8.45am – 4.00pm (Mon-Fri), or
01738 476 173 between 4.00pm – 2.00am (7 days)
Note: For effective action to be taken, phone the Anti-Social Noise Team whilst the noise is ongoing.
