'It's Your Call' is operated through the Council’s Corporate Call Centre. This actionline currently operates from 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday. An answer phone service is provided out-of-hours and calls will be returned the next working day. It's Your Call is a Home Office initiative launched in Wirral on 19 September 2005 as part of the TOGETHER campaign to tackle anti-social behaviour.
